A blogger for Psychology Today recently published a personal account of participating in The Landmark Forum and what she got out of it.
“The message is that we don’t ever have to be hindered or trapped in our lives,” writes Jen Kim. “We don’t have to beat ourselves up every time we make a mistake. And most importantly, we don’t have to stay down.
So today, I woke up – after years of writer’s block – and considered the possibility that maybe I could write something that would be meaningful (at least to me). ”

I AGREE WITH JEN KIM. THE LANDMARK FORUM AND IT’S FORERUNNER, THE est Training HAD SUCH A PROFOUND EFFECT ON MY RELATIONSHIPS THAT I PARTICIPATED IN THEIR PROGRAMS FOR 25 YEARS. AT 83 AND DISABLED, I’M STILL COMMITTED TO HAVING FUN DAILY NO MATTER HOW LIFE SHOWS UP.
THANK YOU LANDMARK EDUCATION AND ALL THE PEOPLE WHO KEEP IT ALIVE AND FUNCTIONING.
