Here’s a quick update on Steve Zaffron, the Landmark Forum Leader who co-authored The Three Laws of Performance, which as we noted this weekend has been released in paperback. Steve Zaffron has written the latest of Landmark Education’s newsletters, on the topic of leadership and creating a future in language.

Zaffron’s article discusses how leaders articulate a vision in language by pointing to what’s possible without necessarily knowing exactly how the vision is going to be fulfilled.
