‘Edible Homework’ Helps Busy Families

Videos helping busy familes and latchkey kids to cook healthy, quick, affordable meals is just one of the projects created in the Self-Expression and Leadership Program by a group of people from Evolution Fulfillment, a Vancouver area logistics company. According to an article in Delta Optimist, ‘Edible Homework’ is a project pioneered by E.F.  to teach how to have tasty and healthy meals for under $3. Co-creator Iraj Khabazian says more videos are planned.

These nutritional meals are very helpful to various people. I too was a part of the forum a few years ago and I enjoyed the course to the fullest. I made friends there and learnt many things from the course. These little lessons have helped me a lot even after a few years of the course. The participants try and work for the betterment of the society. I am proud to have been a part of this Landmark family.
