Back in 2003, Jeff Gelder developed a CD of ‘holiday magic’ – inspiring and entertaining music and stories – for sick kids as his project in the Self-Expression and Leadership Program. Ten years later, Children’s Holiday Magic Project  (a registered non-profit) is still going strong, with over 7,000 CDs going out to children in hospitals across the world this holiday season.

According to an article in LGBT Weekly, this year’s festivities also include a launch event and fundraiser dinner, and a CD distribution event in San Diego’s Rady Children’s Hospital, where volunteers will get to play Santa, sing to the children and distribute CDs.
